I have been a loyal guest at Summit Hotel in Nepal since 1983. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and some have been there since my first visit. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The food menu offers excellent options at reasonable prices, and the staff is attentive and efficient. The front desk, especially Krishna, is always helpful in arranging taxis and collecting baggage. The peaceful sitting areas with garden views are a lovely place to relax.

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip had two complementary items in the room: a bottle of water and a soap bar. The location of the hotel was great, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. We also enjoyed the balcony in our room that had a nice view of the busy streets.

The noise level at the hotel was unbearable. There were constant sounds of honking cars and people shouting all night long.

Lastly, the rooms were very comfortable, well-decorated and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a double bed which was great!

What a great Easter weekend! The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the city, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I particularly appreciated the free shuttle service to take us to the top sights, and the complimentary breakfast spread was a fantastic bonus. The rooftop pool was a highlight of our stay, with stunning views across the city and plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

There were a couple of things that let our experience down. The Wi-Fi signal was pretty weak in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home.
